Needed a new boiler and from Debbie who booked an inital visit and further booking to install the new boiler to Stephen who did the inital visit and quote to Matthew and the team who completed my full install of the new boiler they have been fantastic. Great local company who are great at keeping in touch and fully updated throughout the process to explaining everything throughout the full installation and immaculate with how clean they kept my kitchen when completing. From the very first interaction with Debbie, the survey and advice from Stephen, to the superb installation of our new gas central heating system by Stephen, Mathew, Freddie and Dan, I can honestly say I have never, ever, dealt with such a professional company. The install was done methodically, efficiently, and so precise as to it being almost a work of art. The lads were polite, friendly and a joy to have around. Their work ethic was second to none, the end result is a system so very well integrated that it looks as if it has always been there. Wow!! If you are looking for boiler service or a complete system install I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Trust me, you wont find better in the NE. We first noticed an issue at the end of last year with a persistent pressure issue. I contacted Bespoke and in no time at all we had agreed a date and time and Debbie was able to work around my work schedule with ease. Matthew quickly came and diagnosed the problem and he talked me through the issue- he even went out his way on New Years Eve to stay late and explore the issue further. After some discussions with Steven and Matthew a new boiler was needed and Debbie quickly sent over possible options and quotes - brilliant communication! I even went away for a couple of days and Matthew and Steven helped my wife and son by making sure they had hot water as I couldnt be there to help. Debbie kept me updated with everything and within 2 weeks, Matthew and Franky were installing our new boiler and seamlessly worked in and around the house (even with a very hyper dog at their feet), making sure we weren't left without hot water and heating during the installation. Everything was professional from start to finish and it was all done to an extremely high standard. I have dealt with many companies/tradespeople and I can honestly say Bespoke Heating is easily the best- to the point I already have my next job for them lined up. From the initial contact with Debbie in the office to the fitting led by Stephen and Mathew, everything was explained and work done really efficiently and tidily. You are kept updated at every stage and nothing is too much trouble. We were well impressed by such an amazing company. I can't recommend them enough. What a great company, had a problem with the boiler and Stephen took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to repair it. He’s the first heating engineer to do that and the only one we’ve had who knows how to work on a Baxi. At every stage in the process of bringing us back to the 21st century, following a total heating failure, Bespoke Heating were excellent. It began with the visit of Stephen, who came to assess the problems with our boiler. He fully explained the issues, including highlighting elements which were both outside the regulations and potentially very dangerous. We received a detailed quotation from Debbie, the office manager, within hours and were able to commit to the works. Engineer Matthew arrived bang on time and worked solidly throughout to ensure that our system was up and running by the end of the day. He returned the following day to install two failed items which could not have been identified earlier, but he demonstrated what was wrong with them. He was not only very professional and polite throughout the work, but he was also a very knowledgeable young man. We now have a fully clean, operational heating system which should be good for many years. What a fantastic company, called with an out of the blue emerging problem, Debbie on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. We had one of the engineers, Matthew, out the same day who again was professional and polite sourced the problem explained everything clearly to me and my husband. The problem was fixed the following day by Stephen again nothing but polite and professional, completed the work and provided me all the necessary information, even cleaned up after himself and left the space as he found it.
