I'd been struggling to find a reliable heating engineer for some time before I came across Bespoke Heating, and I'm really pleased I did. Debbie helped quickly and promptly with a next day appointment and quotes followed just as quickly. Stephen came out to fix my persistent boiler fault at short notice and was excellent throughout — friendly, unhurried, and clearly knew his way around the system. It was a long job but he was quiet, clean, and completely unobtrusive to have around the house. Initially given an extensive quote giving everything that would be done. Also given a choice of boiler. Really professional and well versed in their trade. Cleaned up every night and explained what they were doing and why. Very tidy system. All rubbish and redundant equipment removed. Matthew and Frankie did a really good job.Thanks also to Debbie in the office and Stephen for the original contact and input over the time they were here. 5* service. Couldn't ask for better service. From the initial contact to completion of job, everything was excellent. Excellent communication from Debbie which meant I was able to be at home in time for Stephen's arrival - no waiting around for someone to come. Stephen was really helpful, explained the problem and returned the following day with all of the parts needed to not only fix the boiler but also my kitchen tap and leaking stopcock. Stephen meticulously checked everything was working before giving me a full explanation of the work he had done and offering me handy tips for using the thermostat. What a fantastic company to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From the initial enquiry phone call, where I spoke to Debbie, to the engineers service visit by Matthew and Frankie, I was impressed. Although Iv not had no work completed of this company I'd like to give them 5 stars for their communication and customer service alone Iv been trying to get a boiler installation quote and booking for weeks and not one company have messaged me back apart from these even though they had no availability they still messaged me back which to me a message back even if it is just to say we can't fit you in is a win in this day and age because most companies just ignore messages and don't bother so thank you for that 🫶🏻

What a great company. Needed a new boiler and from Debbie who booked an inital visit and further booking to install the new boiler to Stephen who did the inital visit and quote to Matthew and the team who completed my full install of the new boiler they have been fantastic. Great local company who are great at keeping in touch and fully updated throughout the process to explaining everything throughout the full installation and immaculate with how clean they kept my kitchen when completing.
